Miramont de Guyenne (castrum de Miromonte) was given a grant of murage dated 12/11/1274.

Order to the seneschal of Gasconcy to build walls and ditches, or otherwise as most expedient, at the 'castle' of Miromonte. Unspecified money had been set aside and more would be allocated.
