This is a grant which may have been used for walls but could have been used for other civic improvements.

Wording
Grant to the mayor, bailiffs and good men of Bristol of quayage for six years, except on merchandise of the inhabitants of Tenby, to be applied, under the supervision of the dean of Wells, on the repair of the quay and its walls and on the walls and pavement of the said town.

Granted by Henry VI. (Regnal year 2). Granted at Westminster.
