Kidwelly (Kedwelly) was given a grant of murage dated 21/3/1281.

Grant, at the instance of Patrick de Cadurcis, their lord, to the good men of Kedwelly of murage for three years from the Annunciation.

Comments
A previous grant of 5 years from Christmas was given in Dec 1280. I can not find evidence, in the CPR, that this was canceled but this seems likely. I have no suggestion as to the reason for this.
