Grant, at the instance of Master Adam de Phileby, king's clerk, to the bailiffs and good men of Stafford that they may take the murage which they have been accustomed to take, for five years from All Saints, 50 Henry III.

Backdated 6 weeks. The expression 'accustomed to take' strongly suggested unrecorded grants. The last recorded grant ended in 1235.
