GRANT to the bailiffs and men of Emly in aid of the said town, that for three years from St Denis next they may take the following customs in that town, viz.:
from each crannock of all kinds of corn, flour, malt and salt, 1/4d;
from each crannock of , 2d;
from each crannock of tanni, 1/4d;
from each crannock of , 1/2d;
from each two crannocks of charcoal, 1d;
from each horse, mare, hobby, ox and cow, 1/2d;
from each ten sheep or goats, 1d;
from each five bacon hogs, 1/2d;
from each ten velleribus of wool, 1d;
from each hide of horse, ox or cow, fresh, salted or tanned, 1/4d;
from each 100 skins of sheep with fleeces, goats, hart and hinds, 1d;
from each 100 skins of lambs, kids, hares, rabbits, foxes, cats and squirrels, 1/2d;
from each millstone, 1d;
from each two hand-mills, 1/4d;
from each sack of wool, 4d;
from each mease of herrings, 1/4d;
from each horseload of sea-fish, 1/2d;
from each man-load of sea-fish, 1/4d;
from each salmon before Easter, 1/4d;
from each four salmon after Easter, 1/4d;
from each 1000 ostrium, 1/4d;
from each tun of wine, 4d;
from each tun of honey, 1d;
from each tune of ale, 1d;
from each cloth of assize, 2d;
from each falinga, 1/4d.; from each , 2d;
from each load of cloth or other items coming to the town to be sold, 1/2d; from each bend' of ., 1/2d;
from each cartload of wheat, 1d;
from each 100 pounds of pitch or resin, 1/4d;
from each pisa of tallow, grease, butter or cheese, 1/2d;

from each 10 pounds of fagell' of Cynamont, 1/2d;
from each 100 pounds of . 2d;
from each 1000 onions, 1/4d;
from each eight of herrings, 1/4d;
from each 100 boards, 1/4d;
from each 100 large boards, 1d;
from each cartload of timber, 1d;
from each 1000 nails, 1/4d;
from each 100 horseshoes and clouts for cart, 1d;
from each 1000 dishes and plates of wood, 1/2d;
from of every kind of timber exceeding the value of 2s 1/4d;
from each 100 of stagni, brass and copper, 2d;
from each cartload of lead, 2d;
from each 100 sheaves of steel, 2d;
from each 100 of stalpin, 1d;
from each ten stone of canvas and , 1/4d;
from each ten gallons of oil, 1/2d;
from each dozen of kitchenware , 1/2d;
from each cartload of . 1/4d.;
from each 2s of merchandise not specified in these letters, 1/4d.

These customs are to cease and be cancelled on the completion of the said term.
